Job Description• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Assistant to support a large-scale IT application transformation project in the Philippines. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface for IT-related activities within the Philippines, handling local IT requests, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing essential support to ensure the successful execution of the project. This role requires a combination of strong application and SAP knowledge, excellent communication skills, IT infrastructure expertise, and stakeholder management competence.
• Responsibilities:
• 1. Serve as the main point of contact for IT-related inquiries, issues, and requests originating from within the Philippines.
• 2. Coordinate closely with the project team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the IT application transformation project.
• 3. Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding IT applications, including SAP systems, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
• 4. Assist in the implementation and rollout of new IT applications and systems, working closely with the project team and end-users.
• 5. Collaborate with IT teams globally to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• 6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in IT processes, systems, and infrastructure, and make recommendations for enhancements.
• 7. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
• 8. Maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• 9. Other responsibilities for local IT support.
• Qualifications:
• 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2. Strong knowledge and experience in IT applications, with expertise in SAP systems preferred.
• 3. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• 7. Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• 8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• 10. Relevant certifications in IT applications and systems (e.g., SAP certifications) preferred.
• 11. Fluent Chinese and English communication.
