Job Description
• Document all requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and understand them clearly to go about their tasks. • Assess the impact of the solution on various stakeholders • Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective • Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution • Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis. • Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues. • end-users the end users to help them understand the changes. Help the users to work with the new solution. Help the client in managing the solution such minimalere is minimum resistance to organizational changes due to the newly implemented solution. • Ensures that the data privacy policy of the company is being followed and regulated.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technology environment • Must have experience in system analysis (SA) • Must have effective written and oral communication skills • Must have positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude • Must be able to work in a team environment • Additional experience should include project management and development skills through teamwork • Proven experience working as a Research and the Development in IT industry. • Preferably can start ASAP.
